Med Buddha Bowl

Hello Mr Buddha bowl, I think I’ll eat you now ☺️. Inspired by the Mediterranean way of eating, this bowl is rich in healthy fats from salmon, avocado and sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Enjoy with a generous pour of extra virgin olive oil and a splash of balsamic vinegar.
