Blissful Bliss Balls

Packed with fibre and healthy fats and sweetened with dried fruit. You can can eat these Bliss Balls Blissfully.


3/4 cup of dried fruit (try pitted medjool dates and cranberries)

1/2 cup shredded coconut

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup almonds

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1 Tbsp tahini

Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until combined and sticky. Roll into balls and coat in extra coconut. Refrigerate.
